On 4 November 2025, the meeting of shareholders of BluOr Bank AS adopted a decision on the arrangement of BluOr Bank program for bond issue, anticipating that, BluOr Bank will issue bonds that qualify as Additional Tier 1 instruments with a total volume of up to EUR 10 million.

The funds obtained are intended to be used to promote the growth of the loan portfolio.
