On 15 September 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders of BluOr Bank AS adopted a decision to organize a bond issue of BluOr Bank AS, providing that BluOr Bank AS will issue bonds qualifying as Additional Tier 1 instruments, with a total volume of up to EUR 6 million.

The funds obtained are intended to be used to promote the growth of the loan portfolio.
