As of July 2, 2025, Pāvels Orlovs has been appointed as a member of the Management Board.
The Management Board continues its work under the leadership of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dmitrijs Latiševs, together with board members Inga Preimane and Vadims Morozs.

The newly appointed board member, Pāvels Orlovs, brings over 15 years of experience in financial risk management, financial analysis, and ALM (Assets and Liabilities Management) within the banking sector. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Latvia. Since 2016, in his role at BluOr Bank AS as Head of Financial Analysis and Risk Management and as Chief Risk Officer (CRO), he has been responsible for performing a comprehensive risk control function, overseeing the risk management system, developing financial risk measurement methodologies, organizing the ICAAP and ILAAP processes, as well as assessing risks associated with new products.

Pāvels’ deep expertise in risk management, analytical approach, and long-standing experience at BluOr Bank will provide a significant contribution to the bank’s sustainable development and future performance.
