Amber Beverage Group (the “Group”) hereby informs its stakeholders that, despite the sustained efforts of the Group’s management, the 2024 Annual Report, including the accompanying Independent Auditors’ Report, will not be published within the timeframe previously communicated.

The Group continues to work diligently, in parallel with the ongoing audit process, to finalize the Annual Report. It is now anticipated that the audited 2024 Annual Report will be published no later than 27 June 2025.

As previously disclosed, the delay is primarily due to the additional time required by the Group’s newly appointed independent auditors to obtain, verify, and consolidate financial and operational information from the Group’s subsidiaries. This process is taking longer than initially expected, as the auditors are adhering to their internal procedures and professional standards, which require a comprehensive and thorough review of the information provided.

The Group appreciates the continued understanding, support, and patience of its stakeholders as it works to ensure the highest standards of transparency and accuracy in its financial reporting.
