BluOr Bank AS has extended the term of office of Board Member Vadims Morozs.

On April 11, 2025, the Council of BluOr Bank AS approved the extension of Vadims Morozs’s term as a member of the Management Board for another three years. The extension was registered with the Enterprise Register on June 18, 2025.

Vadims Morozs has served as a member of the Management Board of BluOr Bank AS since August 12, 2019.

In addition to Morozs, the Management Board also includes Chairman Dmitrijs Latiševs and Board Member Inga Preimane.
