Amber Beverage Group (further on “the Group”) announces that its 2024 Annual Report, including the Auditors' opinion, will not be published despite the Group`s management efforts to ensure timely publication. The Group is working on the 2024 Annual Report in parallel with audit process aiming for completion and publication of Audited Annual report by the 20 June 2025 the latest. As the Group indicated previously the delay results from the additional time required to collect and process the information of the Group subsidiaries as requested by the newly appointed auditors, which unexpectedly took longer time. The Group believes that more thorough approach to have positive impact on the Annual Report transparency and financial disclosure.
