In accordance with the requirements of Clause 14.8 of the Nasdaq Riga Rules “On the Admission and Trading of Financial Instruments on Regulated Markets” AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” provides information regarding the  published audited annual report for 2024.

In the consolidated audited annual report for 2024 of the Augstsprieguma tīkls Group (hereinafter also – the Group), the Group’s profit for 2024 is indicated at 22,672 thousand EUR, which is 9,792 thousand EUR or 30% lower than was indicated in the interim condensed financial statements for the 12-month period of 2024. The profit difference is formed by the revaluation of assets performed by the subsidiary AS “Conexus Baltic Grid”. As a result of the revaluation, a decrease in value in the amount of 10,895 thousand EUR was recognized in the depreciation and amortization items. Additionally, other operating income of 473 thousand EUR was recognized. EUR and the calculated deferred tax was reduced by EUR 630 thousand due to the decrease in profit.
