On Tuesday, April 8, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Sadales tīkls AS reappointed Kristaps Ločmelis, Viktorija Meikšāne, and Inese Zīle as Members of the Supervisory Board for another five-year term. Edijs Šaicāns continues serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board. Kristaps Ločmelis previously served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sadales tīkls AS, while Viktorija Meikšāne and Inese Zīle were independent Board Members. Latvenergo AS is the sole shareholder of Sadales tīkls AS. Sadales tīkls AS is the largest electricity distribution system operator in Latvia, a subsidiary of Latvenergo AS. The company supplies electricity to more than one million customer sites and maintains the electricity network throughout Latvia with the total length of appr. 92,000 kilometers.
