On 10th March 2025, IPAS "Indexo" has received notification about transaction with IPAS "Indexo" shares from person discharging managerial responsibilities.  

On 10th March 2025 Vladimirs Bolbats, a member of the management board of the INDEXO group’s company, have transferred (de-registered) shares of IPAS "Indexo" from the Initial Register in the Central Depository of Latvia to his securities account.  

The shares have been acquired through the realization of the IPAS "Indexo" share option.
