The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” informs that in the Extraordinary Shareholder’s meeting on November 19^th, 2024, the Council in a new composition was elected.

Irina Alexandrova has graduated from the Tallinn Medical School, obtaining the qualification of a nurse. Since 2007, she has held managerial positions in several commercial companies, including Netaman Offshore Production OÜ, Paljassaare Laevaremont OÜ, Netaman Repair Group OÜ and Netaman Clean OÜ, and is its beneficial owner. Irina Aleksandrova and Alexey Aleksandrov jointly hold 42 036 voting shares of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” or 0.3601% of the total voting shares on the basis of indirectly acquired participation, as well as in addition she and Alexey Aleksandrov jointly control 49,8556% of the total voting shares of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.

Andris Gulbis has graduated from the Turiba University, obtaining a professional master’s degree in law. Since 2007 Andris Gulbis has been an individual practicing sworn advocate and since 2021 – Head of ZAB Gulbis SIA. Andris Gulbis is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.

Einars Buks has graduated from the Riga Technical university, obtaining the qualification of an engineer economist. Until 2007 Einārs Buks held the position of Head of Trade Division at SIA “Cemex”, from 2010 up to 2024 he held the position of the Member of the Board of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, whereas from May 2024 he holds the position of Member of the Council of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”. Einars Buks is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.

Jevgenia Diukhova has graduated from the Maritime Academy of St. Petersburg, obtaining the qualification of a water transport management and logistics specialist. From 2011 up to 2020 Jevgenia Diukhova held the position of marketing manager at Netaman Repair Group OÜ, whereas from 2021 Jevgenia Diukhova holds the position of office administrator at Portus Libera OÜ. Jevgenia Diukhova is not a shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.

Sergii Ganzelynskyi has graduated from the Alchevsk Institute of Mining and metallurgy, obtaining the qualification of a metallurgical engineer, as well as the University of Sales Management and MBA programme Management in Basel and Academy of Finance and Industry in Moscow. From 2006 up to 2016 he held the position of managing director in the Swiss–registered companies EurAlloys AG and Madesta AG, whereas since 2016 he has held the position of the Member of the Board of SIA “Madesta”. Sergii Ganzelynskyi holds 922 356 shares of voting shares AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” or 7,9022% of the total voting shares on the basis of indirectly acquired participation.
