SIA AgroCredit Latvia informs that on December 31, 2024, a full redemption of bonds will be carried out in accordance with clause 5.8 of the prospectus. The redemption will take place for 5000 EUR for each bond, or a total of 8 500 000 EUR. The redemption of the bonds will be carried out by the company with the intention of replacing the existing financing obtained from the bonds with a resource with a lower cost.
