AS Grenardi Group (hereinafter – the Company) announces an increase in its share capital, as decided during the shareholders' meeting held on November 7, 2024. The change will take effect once it receives approval from the State Enterprise Register (Uzņēmumu Reģistrs).

The total payment for newly issued shares and share premium amounted to EUR 3’000’003.00. The share capital was increased by EUR 1’234’285.00 through the issuance of 12’342’850 new dematerialized shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 0.10. Additionally, the share premium was increased by EUR 1’765’718.00.

After the share capital increase, the Company’s total share capital is EUR 8’434’286.30, consisting of 84’342’863 dematerialized shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.10 per share, and the total paid share premium is EUR 2’460’124.52. The total share capital and share premium of the Company amounts to EUR 10’894’410.82.
