Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter also “ABG” and the “Group”) informs that the term of the loan (overdraft) from BluOr Bank AS provided to ABG subsidiary company SIA "AMBER DISTRIBUTION LATVIA" has been extended until 15 May 2025, accordingly collateral agreements entered by Group’s companies have been extended as well.

The total amount of the secured overdraft is 10.1 million euros. The effect of the transaction is assessed positively on the Company's commercial activity, as the Company is given additional time to finalize the refinance process.
