On 17 September this year a Shareholder’s Meeting of Latvenergo AS was held, where a decision was taken to agree on civil liability insurance of the members of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of Latvenergo AS, the issue of Latvenergo AS donation plan for the following years was considered and the implementation of renewable energy projects was supported. The holder of all Latvenergo AS capital shares is the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia, whose interests at the Shareholder's Meeting are represented by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economics or by his authorized representative. The decisions of the Shareholder's Meeting were adopted unanimously.
