AS Citadele banka is proud to announce that the European Central Bank (ECB) has confirmed the suitability of Rūta Ežerskienė as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chair of the Management Board. This milestone underscores the bank’s commitment to strong leadership as it continues to advance its strategic objectives across the Baltic region. Rūta Ežerskienė, who has served as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Retail Officer, brings extensive expertise in financial services, with a career distinguished by leadership roles across the finance and insurance sectors. Her track record in driving strategic initiatives and fostering customer-centric solutions positions her as an ideal leader to steer Citadele into its next phase of growth. Upon her appointment, Rūta Ežerskienė commented: „It is a profound honor to assume the role of CEO and Chair of the Management Board at Citadele Bank.
