On August 12, 2024, the shareholders' meeting of BluOr Bank AS adopted a decision to approve the new Bank Program for the issuance of non-convertible, non-guaranteed, and unsecured subordinated bonds with a total volume of up to 30 million euros.

Within the framework of the program, a public offering of bonds will be conducted in Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania, and a private offering (private issuance) will be made in certain member states of the European Economic Area and to other potential investors.

The funds raised are intended to be used for the development of the loan portfolio.
