On 6th and 7th June 2024, IPAS "Indexo" has received notifications about transactions with IPAS "Indexo" shares from persons discharging managerial responsibilities. 

On 6th June 2024 Ieva Bauma, Līga Katrīna Kļaviņa, Gints Ozoliņš, members of the management board of the INDEXO group’s company, and Artūrs Roze, member of the management board of IPAS "Indexo”, and on 7th June 2024 Vladimirs Bolbats, member of the management board of the INDEXO group’s company, have transferred (de-registered) shares of IPAS "Indexo" from the Initial Register in the Central Depository of Latvia to his securities account. 

The individuals mentioned above have acquired the shares through the realization of the IPAS "Indexo" share option.
