Continuing the Group development strategy adopted in the previous reporting periods, Pillar Capital, AS (the Company) in the first six months of 2021 has demonstrated good performance. According to the results of H1, the Group has reached turnover of EUR 10.02 million, while the Company’s profit before taxes amounted to EUR 296 947. Group’s and Company’s performance complies with the management’s estimates.
Group’s key financial performance indicators in H1 2021:
In June 2021, the Company made a decision about starting a new investment project – development of EUR 26.3 million A-class office building at 1 Mihaila Tāla Street in Riga, which is a property owned by Tāla 1, SIA, the subsidiary of the Company. The new A-class office building is going to be the first one of the upcoming office buildings to be constructed at New Hanza territory.
The construction works are estimated to be completed by the end of 2022. The new buildings are expected to obtain BREEAM Excellent certificate proving their high quality, energy efficiency and compliance with the world standard.
Pillar Capital, AS is a company founded in 2006. The objectives of its operation include investing own and third party funds in commercial and residential real estate objects to achieve sustainable increase in income from renting the premises and enlarging of the value of properties. Company’s portfolio of commercial properties includes office buildings at VEF neighbourhood, offices at 23 Elizabetes Street and 275 Brīvības Street, logistics park A6, culture venue Hanzas Perons and other properties at New Hanza territory.
