The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) declares that it has received a notice of Member of the Council Gaidis Andrejs Zeibots on relinquishing the position of the Member of a Council at his own will.

Gaidis Andrejs Zeibots has not disclosed a reason of relinquishment the position of Member of the Council.

A Council of the Company in a new composition will be elected in accordance with the requirements of normative acts and the Articles of Association of the Company.
