The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) announces that on May 13^th, 2020 the Member of the Board of Directors Jekaterina Meļņika terminated her activities with the Board of Directors of the Company, by submitting a notice on relinquishing the position of a Member of the Board of Directors at its own will.

Jekaterina Meļņika informs that she relinquishes the position of a Member of the Board for personal reasons, which she does not wish to disclose.

A new Member of the Board of Directors of the Company will be elected in accordance with the requirements of normative acts and the articles of association of the Company.
