AS “Storent Investments” (hereinafter - the Issuer), in accordance with Clause 20 of the Terms and Conditions of Notes dated 5 March 2020 governing the Notes issued by the Issuer on 19 March 2020 (ISIN: LV0000802411) (hereinafter - the Terms and Conditions) on 2 April 2020 instigated a Written Procedure to obtain the Noteholders' consent on amendments to the Terms and Conditions attached hereto (please see the relevant announcement here).

   Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, the proposed amendments becomes effective, if: (i) one or more Noteholders holding 50 (fifty) per cent in aggregate or more of the principal amount of the outstanding Notes (excluding the Notes held by the Issuer and the Related Parties) replies to the request by submitting their votes, and (ii) at least 75 (seventy-five) per cent of those votes “for” the proposed amendments.

   The Issuer hereby informs that on 27 April 2020 the voting of the Noteholders has ended.

   The principal amount of the outstanding Notes (excluding the Notes held by the Issuer and the Related Parties) is EUR 3,446,300. Noteholders (excluding the Issuer and the Related Parties) holding 91.7 % of the principal amount of the outstanding Notes (i.e. the Noteholders holding the Notes with a principal amount EUR 3,161,300) replied to the request by submitting their votes, and 100 % of those Noteholders (i.e. Noteholders holding the Notes with a principal amount EUR 3,161,300) voted “for” the proposed amendments. Consequently, the proposed amendments to the Terms and Conditions were approved and became effective.

   The Issuer thanks the Noteholders for participating in the voting.
