Hereby AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that on August 16th, 2019 Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court resolved:

1. to satisfy the application of legal protection proceedings of the Company;
2. to implement the legal protection proceedings of the Company;
3. to approve the legal protection proceedings measures plan of the Company;
4. to set a period of 2 (two) years for the implementation of the legal protection proceedings of the Company, effective from August 16^th, 2019.
