On February 28,  2019 an extraordinary shareholders' meeting of AS “Brīvais vilnis” took place, where a decision was taken on the exclusion of publicly traded shares of AS “Brīvais vilnis” from the regulated market.

On April 25, 2019 the shareholder of Brivais vilnis, SIA „Mūsu investīciju fonds”, made a mandatory share buy-back offer for shares of AS “Brīvais vilnis”, which ended on May 24, 2019.

On the basis of the decision of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 28 February 2019, AS “Brīvais vilnis” filed on 13 June 2019 an application to Nasdaq Riga, AS regarding exclusion of publicly traded shares of AS “Brīvais vilnis” from the regulated market.
