The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” declares that according to the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court’s decision from August 02^nd, 2018 AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” within a set deadline submitted the legal protection proceedings measures plan to the court for its approval.

With the decision of the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court from August 31^st, 2018 Sandra Velhovika was appointed as the administrator of the legal protection proceedings to ensure its supervision and it was set a deadline until September 17^th, 2018 to submit the conclusion on the legal protection proceedings measures plan of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
