AS "mogo" informs, that effective from 3 July 2018, there have been made changes in the Council of the Company. Modestas Sudnius has been elected as the Chairman of the Council, Māris Kreics as the Deputy Chairman of the Council and Kārlis Bērziņš as the Member of the Council.
Modestas Sudnius is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics and having a bachelor’s degree from leading Lithuanian university, as well as has been the Country Manager in Mogo Lithuania since 2013. From January 2018, Modestas is the Regional Manager of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia. Modestas has several years of experience in financial assurance and project management in companies such as Ernst & Young and EPS LT.
Maris Kreics holds a master’s degree in Finance from BA School of Business and Finance, and since August 2015 he is working as a Group Chief Finance Officer. Before joining Mogo, Maris has gained experiance in a corporate finance role working for the biggest telecommunications service company in Latvia – Lattelecom, as well as in the global audit and business consulting company PwC. Maris is a CFA charterholder and a member of the ACCA.
Karlis Bērziņš has a bachelor’s degree in E-commerce from RSEBAA. Since February 2018, Karlis works as a Chief Information Officer in the Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia region. He has previous work experience as IT Manager in joint venture RB Rail – company responsible for international project Rail Baltica implementation coordination, and, before that, Karlis has worked as Head of IT division and Baltic Management Team member in insurance company Gjensidige Baltic.
