LSC "Liepājas metalurgs" plans to build a Logistics Center.

The necessitiy of the Logistics Center is determined by consideration of company’s development and improvement of company’s logistics system. The Project was initiated upon analysis of the company’s logistics system, identification of it’s weak points and elaboration of the measures to improve the situation.

The purpose of the above mentioned Project is to provide storage area, which is necessary for unimpeded implementation of the Project for the modernization of company’s production.

For the erection of the Logistics Center JSC "Liepājas metalurgs" plans to use the land plot with its address: 11a Ezermalas St., Liepaja, Latvija. On this Land plot there are no encumbrances registered. The title to the property of the mentioned Land plot is registered in the name of Liepaja’s City municipality in the Land Register. The lease agreement coordination is in the progress.

The amount of the necessary investment will be determined after the Price inquiry in accordance with the developed Construction design.
