On 3^rd April 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums redeemed the credit linked notes (debt securities (notes) linked) to a loan to the customer with the following terms:
· Total amount of the issue - up to LVL 500,000.00 (EUR 711,435.91);
· Coupon rate - floating (3M Rigibor+2%).

It was the first credit linked notes issue in Latvia.

The Notes were offered only to qualified investors or investors who will subscribe to the Notes in the amount of no less than EUR 50,000.

The arranger of the issue was JSC Parex banka.
