ABLV Bank, AS, financial reports for 2013, following AS NASDAQ OMX
Riga rules On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments in the
Markets Regulated by the Exchange, is summarized
below.
1. Non-audited public quarter
reports will be published as follows:
- report for Q1 – from 13.05.2013
till 20.05.2013;
- report for Q2 – from 23.08.2013
till 30.08.2013;
- report for Q3 – from 18.11.2013
till 25.11.2013;
- report for Q4 – from 21.02.2014
till 28.02.2014.
2. Interim consolidated reports
will be published as follows:
- 6-month report – from 23.08.2013
till 30.08.2013;
- 12-month report – from
21.02.2014 till 28.02.2014.
3. Audited consolidated
semiannual and annual report will be published as
follows:
- semiannual report – from
23.08.2013 till 30.08.2013;
- annual report – from 21.02.2014
till 28.02.2014.
