On registration of pledge 

Due to the issuance of guarantee to the loan facility of the LLC “AIZPUTES ATSLEGAS”, a mortgage contract (pledge rights) is registered in amount of 106600 LVL in favor of the JSC DNB Bank. A real estate with cadastre No. 64050100122 serves as a subject of commercial pledge. A pledge is planned to be extinguished within a year. 

LLC “AIZPUTES ATSLEGAS” enforces aid project “Establishing of Production Unit for Press Tools and Moulds” of the Rural Support Service and purchases high performance CNC machining centre “Fanuc Robodrill”.  

The goal of the project is to produce punch presses and moulds for JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1”.  

Joining into this project will ensure the JSC “KURZEMES ATSLEGA 1” more effective and operative respond of to conjuncture changes and to have the necessary equipment for new product manufacturing in a short time.
