On 27 March this year, Latvenergo AS concluded the additional issue of series of bonds, issuing 20,000 bonds in the amount of EUR 20,000,000 with the maturity date of 15 December 2017, a fixed annual interest rate (coupon) of 2.8% (yield: 2.6167%) and issue price of EUR 1015,492.

Upon admission of the additionally issued bonds to the regulated market the bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the EUR 20,000,000 bonds issued on 19 December 2012 and the EUR 30,000,000 bonds issued on 30 January 2013, thus forming the series of bonds in the total amount of EUR 70,000,000.
