In line with Article 79, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Financial Instruments Market Law, we hereby inform you of the results of the mandatory and final takeover bid in respect of AS "RĪGAS RAUGS" (decision of the council of the Financial and Capital Market Commisson of 4 January 2008 No 1, minutes No 1, paragraph 6):

AS "RĪGAS RAUGS", uniform registration number 40003040518, registered address Pulkveza Brieza iela 27, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia, telephone 7336066, fax 7338038, email rigas.raugs@raugs.lv, website www.raugs.lv.
2. Offeror
JÄSTBOLAGET AB, company incorporated and registered under the laws of Sweden, registered with the Swedish Trade Register on 15 October 1934 with registration number 556033-4830, registered address Box 7003, 192 07 Sollentuna, Sweden.
3. Number of shares offered for sale
No shares of AS "RĪGAS RAUGS" were offered for sale in response to the mandatory and final takeover bid.
4. Number of shares held by the offeror following settlement
Following alienation of the shares of AS "RĪGAS RAUGS" in favour of JÄSTBOLAGET AB as per Article 83 of the Financial Instruments Market Law, JÄSTBOLAGET AB holds in total 773000 shares of AS "RĪGAS RAUGS" representing 100% of the share capital of and votes in AS "RĪGAS RAUGS". |
