On 30 January this year, Latvenergo AS concluded the additional issue of series of notes, issuing 30,000 notes in the amount of EUR 30,000,000 with the maturity date of 15 December 2017, a fixed annual interest rate (coupon) of 2.8% (yield: 2.8%) and issue price of 1003.187 EUR.

Upon admission of the additionally issued notes to the regulated market the notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the EUR 20,000,000 notes issued on 19 December 2012, which are listed on NASDAQ OMX Riga AS since 24 January this year.
