On
May 25, 2012 at the session of the Council of JSC "Valmieras stikla
šķiedra" the new Board of the company was elected. The repeatedly
elected members of the Board are:Andris Oskars Brutāns, Andre Heinz
Schwiontek, Richard Karl-Heinz Will, Friedhelm August Hermann
Schwender, Stefan Jugel and Dainis Šēnbergs. The new elected
Board member is Joran Pfuhl. Mr. Andris Oskars Brutāns was
repeatedly elected as the Chairman of the Board and Mr. Andre
Heinz Schwiontek was repeatedly elected as the Vice-Chairman of the
Board. For all Members of the Board the term of office begins on
May 29 of this year. The new Member of the Board Mr. Joran
Pfuhl does not own any shares of JSC "Valmieras stikla
šķiedra".
