AS "PrivatBank" informs that due to the necessity to withhold tax from individual persons, owners of mortgage bonds with the series 02/EUR ISIN: LV0000800381, registered by May 15, 2010, pursuant to the Law on Resident Income Tax, the interest amount shall be paid after withholding tax in terms stipulated in the Latvian Central Depositary's Rules No. 8 on Payment of Dividends, Coupons, Principal and Other Cash Proceeds. The principal amount of the mortgage bonds of 7000000 EUR (100 EUR per financial instrument) will be paid to investors on interest payment date.
