The Management Board of the JSC “Brivais vilnis” notifies that
on the extraordinary shareholders` meeting on 04.11.2010 from
3 099 450 shares of paid-up and authorized capital were
attended by shareholders, representing 2 817 337 shares
or 90,9%.
The extraordinary shareholders` meeting made decisions as
follows:
- Approve the settlement with Igors Surkovs, Janis Endele,
Genadijs Ivankins, Guntis Lame and Vasily Ilushin in the civil case
No.C04234909, dates August 27, 2010, claim against Igors Surkovs,
Janis Endele, Genadijs Ivankins and Guntis Lame for recovery of
losses in amount of LVL 3 261 363,33 (three million two
hundred sixty one thousand sixty three lats and 33 cents), i.a.
from Igors Surkovs, Janis Endele, Genadijs Ivankins and Guntis Lame
jointly as from co-debtors recovery of losses in amount of LVL
2 412 665,11 (two million four hundred twelve thousand
six hundred sixty five lats and 11 cents) and from Igors Surkovs,
Janis Endele and Genadijs Ivankins jointly as from co-debtors
recovery of losses in amount of LVL 848 698,22 (eight hundred
forty eight thousand six hundred ninety eight lats and 22
cents).
- Release from responsibility members of the Management Board and
Supervisory Council of the JSC “Brivais vilnis”, holding these
positions during the period, when established receivables of the
following debtors – companies “Highgrove Financial Services” Ltd.,
“Grant Trading” LC, “Cardigan Commerce” LLC, “Walder Impex” LLC and
“Forewood Group” LLC, provided that decision on the release from
responsibility comes into force on the date of entry into force the
ruling of the Riga Regional court on approval of the settlement and
adjudication of the civil case No.C04234909.
- The following persons are elected as Supervisory Council
members of the JSC “Brivais vilnis”:

Karlis Hauks
Vera Korchaka.
