Notification on results of mandatory takeover bid
AS "RIGAS RAUGS" informs that it has received a notificaton of JÄSTBOLAGET AB on the following results of the mandatory takeover bid:

2. Offeror
JÄSTBOLAGET AB, company incorporated and registered under the laws of Sweden, registered with the Swedish Trade Register on 15 October 1934 with registration number 556033-4830, registered address Box 7003, 192 07 Sollentuna, Sweden.
3. Number of shares offered for sale
In response to the mandatory takoever bid, 107265 shares of AS "RIGAS RAUGS" were offered for sale.
4. Number of shares held by the offeror after execution of the bid
Following settlement for the mandatory takeover bid, JÄSTBOLAGET AB holds in total 735092 shares of AS "RIGAS RAUGS".
As a result of the mandatory takeover bid, the holding of JÄSTBOLAGET AB in AS "RIGAS RAUGS" has increased from 81,22% to 95,10%.
