The competition statute says: “Efficient management indicates a balance that an organisation gives implementing public, environmental and organisation’s social and economic objectives. Efficient management is an instrument of improvement of organisations` activities by improving its management and productivity and offering a product or service with higher added value. The aim of the award is to promote good management practice in Latvia and exchange mutual experience between private and public sectors to increase management quality.”
