Update Announcement about the changes in the board
JSC "Siguldas ciltslietu un mākslīgās apsēklošanas stacija" announce that the member of the board Mara Buka is handed resignation and left the position of the member of the board from June 30, 2009.
In July 20, 2009 for the remaining period of power of attorney of the board till April 20, 2010 is elected Sarmīte Arcimoviča.
Sarmīte Arcimoviča the last three years is the manager of the production department in the branch of laboratory. She is the specialist of the labour protection too.
She has 3824 having the rights to vote shares of the stock company.
