Owners of Storent Investments notes (ISIN: LV0000802411 with maturity on 19 October 2023) who decide to exchange notes for Storent Holdings notes will receive all accrued interest on Storent Holdings notes issue date (21 June 2023). Exchange orders may be submitted at investor’s bank or brokerage company until 16 June 2023 3:30 pm.

Every investor participating in the exchange will also receive a fee of 0.50% (zero point five zero) percent of the nominal value of the existing notes that the investor has exchanged.
