On 20 April 2023, the Supervisory Board of Sadales tīkls AS approved Vīgants Radziņš as a member of the Management Board of Sadales tīkls AS. His responsibilities will include technological development and innovation, as well as developing the professional knowledge and competences of the company and its specialists. Vīgants Radziņš will take up his duties on 2 May 2023.

Vīgants Radziņš holds a degree in telecommunications and computer network engineering from Riga Technical University and a professional master's degree in business administration from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration. His professional activity has been previously related to Latvijas Mobilais telefons SIA (LMT) as the director of business management service, responsible for management of telecommunication services, offers and solutions for private and business segments. Vīgants Radziņš has been actively involved in the development of innovation culture in the company, prototyping and implementation of new business ideas. Since 2006, Vīgants Radziņš has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of LMT Retail & Logistics SIA.

The previous member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer Jānis Kirkovalds, resigned on 3 April 2023, having decided to take up new professional challenges.

Joint Stock Company (AS) Sadales tīkls is an energy supply company which ensures the operation of a unified distribution system, the operation, development and interconnection of the distribution electrical network with other energy supply systems, the supply of electricity to end-users in a quality and quantity that meets the requirements of the standards, as well as the reliability of the distribution system, taking into account environmental protection requirements and non-discriminatory conditions of use of the distribution system for all users of the system. Latvenergo AS is the sole shareholder of Sadales tīkls.
