On 2 August 2022, there were amendments in the Articles ofAssociation of Pillar Capital, AS (hereinafter – the Company) registered in the Register of Enterprises.

The amendments were made in Article 3.2 of the Articles of Association, updating the actual types of operation of the Company in accordance with NACE classification. 

3.2. Types of business in accordance with NACE:

3.2.1. 70.10 Activities of head offices;

3.2.2. 68.20 Renting and operating of own or leased real estate;

3.2.3. 69.10 Legal activities;

3.2.4. 69.20 Accounting, bookkeeping and auditing activities; tax consultancy;

3.2.5. 71.12 Engineering activities and related technical consultancy;

3.2.6. 68.31 Real estate agencies;

3.2.7. 78.30 Other human resources provision;

3.2.8  70.22 Bussines and other management consultancy activities.

The decision about amending the Articles of Association was taken at the meeting of the Company’s shareholders on 20 July 2022.
