The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” informs that in the Annual Shareholder’s meeting on June 30^th, 2022 were elected a new members of the Council.

Irina Meļņika holds the positions of the Member of the Board and the Member of the Council in several commercial companies, including SIA “Eironams”, SIA “Eiroholdings” and AS “Remars–Rīga”, as well as is a shareholder thereof. Irina Meļņika directly owns 0.3601% of the total number of voting shares of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, as well as 49.8556% of the total number of voting shares of as “Riga Shipyard” based on indirectly acquired participation.

Ainārs Tropiņš has graduated from the University of Latvia, obtaining a professional degree in law. Since 2015 Ainārs Tropiņš works in AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” and currently holding position of the lawyer. Ainārs Tropiņš is not the shareholder of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
