AS Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum  (ALTUM) hereby announces that the office of the representative of the company’s Shareholder has been assumed by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Raivis Kronbergs, who was approved to the post of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economics by the Cabinet of Ministers as of 3 January 2022.

The current representative of the Shareholder of ALTUM, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Dace Lucaua left the post at her own discretion on 31 December 2021.

Baiba Bāne - the state secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Edmunds Valantis - the state secretary of the Ministry of Economics continue to represent ALTUM shareholders.
