JSC „Grindeks” informs that company carries on negotiations with Byelorussian Pharmaceutical Company RUE “Borisov Medical Preparations Plant” regarding possible investment project and development of joint venture company. JSC „Grindeks” will approve its readiness to get engaged in the investment project and development of joint venture company only after rigorous business studies and data analyses is carried out. „Grindeks” informs, that project costs and dates mentioned in the publication „Липман ставит условия Черепку” by „Telegraf” (22 October, 2008) are estimated approximately and will be defined more precisely during the project.
