Latvian financial service company AS DelfinGroup consistently develops the offer of lending products and customer service. By joining the company as the Head of the Consumer Loan Department, Sanita Zitmane, given her experience in fintech industry, will strengthen the management team and allow the company to achieve its ambitious goals even more effectively.

Sanita Zitmane plans to apply her successful long-term experience in project and team management, as well as in the development of new products in such important areas of AS DelfinGroup business as consumer loans, customer service, marketing and active sales.

For the past four years, Sanita has been in charge of the strategy of lending products and management of the company's operations at SIA OC Finance, a Latvian loan operations company in TWINO Group, which represents Moneza brand. She participated in the development and implementation of lending products for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as loan solutions for individuals, she also managed the project development team and various IT projects, participated in the implementation of TWINO Group's strategic projects.

Sanita has also gained experience in product development at AS Citadele Banka, where she was responsible for establishing a network of cooperation partners and managed the launch of collaboration with brokers of financial comparison platforms.

Her experience includes development projects in insurance industry, working for companies such as If P&C Insurance, Colemont FKB Latvia and UniCredit Insurance Broker.
