Correction: The Company hereby in accordance with the provisions of Section 61.³ of the Financial Instrument Market Law publishes the statements received from shareholders.

Hereby AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that on September 30^th, 2018 Vasilijs Meļņiks lost, while Irina Meļņika acquired an indirect major holding in the Company by acquiring voting rights arising from the Company’s shares, representing 49,8556% of the total voting shares of the Company.

Between September 30^th, 2018 and October 07^th, 2021, Irina Meļņika initially lost an indirect major holding in several transactions with shares held by herself, but subsequently re–acquired an indirect major holding in the Company by acquiring voting rights arising from the Company’s shares, representing 49,8556% of the total voting shares of the Company.

Considering an indirect major holding of Irina Meļņika in the Company, on October 12^th, 2021, Irina Meļņika submitted to the Finance and Capital Market Commission an application and a prospectus for receipt of permission to make mandatory share buy–back offer to shareholders of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 66, Paragraph four, Clause 1 of the Financial Instrument Market Law.
