On October 9, 2008 The Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia has taken a decision to make the entries into the Commercial Register, whereby the decision to release Mr. Andris Jegorovs from the post of the Board member and to appoint Mr, Vjaceslavs Kulikovs to the post of the Board member took effect.

 

Before being appointed to be a Board Member of JSC Olainfarm  Mr. Vjaceslavs Kulikovs occupied a position of the advisor to the Board on the production matters.  Mr. Kulikov has more than 30 years of experience in chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
