On the 13^th of October 2008 Council of JSC Grindeks approved decision of the previous Member of the Board and Director of Business Unit of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Vitālijs Skrīvelis to return in applied science with focus on research of anti-cancer agents and biotechnological medications. Further Vitālijs Skrīvelis will be also operating as a Scientific Consultant of JSC Grindeks and the main responsibility of his activities will be supervision of research projects and implementation of innovative technologies.

In compliance with the decision of Council of JSC Grindeks Finance and Administrative Director Vadims Rabša has been elected as a Member of the Board of JSC Grindeks.

Andris Jegorovs, who previously was operating as Quality Director of JSC Olainfarm, has become Director of Business Unit of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients of JSC Grindeks.

Sales and Marketing Director Armands Lapiņš, who previously was Marketing and Commercial Director of JSC Olainfarm, also joined the team of JSC Grindeks.
