JSC Moda kapitals has signed agreement with JSC DelfinGroup on the sale of the JSC Moda kapitals pawnshop loan business, which we plan to implement by the end of 2021.

The approximate price of the transaction is 950 000 euros, but the precise contractual amount will be determined once the transaction has been completed at the end of 2021.

JSC Moda kapitals will in future specialize in the mortgage lending and consumer loan segments. The comapny's current pawnshop costumers in future will be able to receive quality services in JSC DelfinGroup branches.
