JSC „Ditton pievadķēžu rūpnīca” informs that on the basis of the Article 306 of the Commercial Law, the the powers of the Member of the Management Board Jevgenijs Koršenkovs were terminated since 22 July, 2021. By the decision of state notary of the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia No. 6-12/76656 from 27 July 2021 a record on relinquishing office by the management board member is made in the Company’s file.
